WELCOME TO MINNESOTA FLYERS
OUR MISSION IS TO
provide children and individuals with special needs the opportunity to achieve fitness at any level regardless of their abilities!
OUR GOAL IS TO
create an atmosphere where fitness is fun and confidence grows!
An exciting class for boys and girls ages 3 to 14. Ninja classes focus on letting kids do what they love ... run, jump throw, and climb (kick, roll & flip for the older groups too!)

FlyTime is specially designed for individuals who may need assistance to move, climb, roll, communicate or interact in a traditional setting.
flytime
We offer programs to build on gymnastics skills for girls competitively through USA Gymnastics and casually for both boys and girls ages 18 months through 15 years for recreational classes.
One-on-one or group training with our certified personal trainer. He can tailor your workout to help you reach your fitness goals.

OUR HISTORY
Twenty years of gymnastics has developed an amazing program in the Detroit Lakes Community. Athletes have come from all over the region traveling up to 60 miles to participate in our programming. Over the past two decades, Minnesota Flyers Gymnastics has had thousands of children participate in rec classes; developed State, Regional and National JO competitors; and is home to the 5-time Minnesota State High School League Champions.
