The MFGF Recreation Program is for boys and girls (ages 1-15). We offer a range of preschool and developmental classes that build the foundations of gymnastics skills.
We motivate our athletes through positive encouragement and ensuring that all are advancing while having fun. As coaches, we believe in promoting a healthy environment for the athletes to progress through and safely learn the sport of gymnastics.
