ninja is an exciting class for boys and girls ages 3-14!
Our ninjas at Minnesota Flyers Gymnastics and Fitness will learn the foundations of being a ninja warrior such as safety techniques, running, jumping, explosive movement, basic tumbling, handstands, hanging/swinging, balance, & agility. We motivate our athletes through positive encouragement and ensuring that all are advancing while having fun. Our goal is to develop strong ninja warriors inside and outside of the gym who want to work hard and never give up.
Ages 3-5 years old
An exciting 45-minute class for boys and girls ages 3 to 5 with parent participation
being optional. Mini Ninjas will focus on letting pre-schoolers do what they love...run, jump, throw and climb! Fitness & Fun!!
Age 6-8 years old
An exciting class for 6-8 year old boys and
girls. Jr Ninja will focus on letting kids do what they love...run, jump, throw and climb!
Fitness & Fun!!
Age 8-14 years old
45 MINUTE CLASS
Master Ninjas will focus on letting boys and girls do what they want to do (punch, kick, climb, roll & flip) while they learn
hard work, discipline, and leadership.
Master Ninjas will improve strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination & power.
1 HOUR CLASS
A conditioning class for boys
8 and up that want to get Bigger muscles, run Faster, and get Stronger!
BSF class will use gymnastics conditioning as well as more traditional conditioning exercises and drills in a fun and positive environment.
